How does it work?
You write to us, or complete the short form above. Within one working day, a member of our team replies — usually to arrange a call, because twenty minutes of conversation tells us more than any form could. From there we design a first proposal: destinations, hotels, and the shape of the journey. We refine together until it's right, then we book, confirm, and remain with you until you're home.

What does it cost to work with Crossing?
Our design fee depends on the complexity of the journey and is quoted before any work begins — there are no surprises after the first conversation. What clients find is that the fee returns itself: in rooms and rates we access as a Virtuoso and preferred partner of the hotels we book, in upgrades and courtesies extended to our clients, and in the weeks of research you no longer do yourself. Peace of mind that everything will be smooth with you as a guest on your trip.

How far in advance should we start?
For honeymoons and summer villa journeys: nine months to a year, because the best hotels and the right rooms go first. For celebrations: a year is not too early. That said, we have designed remarkable journeys in three weeks — tell us your dates and we'll tell you honestly what's possible.

Do you only design large, elaborate trips?
No. Some of our most considered work is three nights in a single hotel. What we don't do is bookings which we do not believe will make your life and travel better — and, we'll say so.

We already know where we want to go. Do we still need you?
Often those are our best clients. You bring the where; we bring the which — which hotel on that coast, which suite in that hotel, which week of that season, which table on the first night. The destination is rarely the hard part.
