The QT, Sydney

The QT, Sydney

per person
Untitled-1

Chic, sexy and evocative, The QT is carved out of two 1920s buildings, The State Theatre and The Gowings Building. The hotel’s art decor is bold and stylish, blending gothic and Italianate architecture with quirky yet cool interiors.

All the rooms come with vibrant hits of color, print and pattern across fur throws, rugs and cushions, paired with modern lounge chairs and statement lights, including bowler hat pendant lamps.

Staff greet their guests on arrival in custom designed, avant-garde uniforms. An iPhone app complements the face-to-face service at concierge. At Spa Q the ceilings are made out of stained glass, and the boudoir-themed décor.

Gilt Lounge is the place for a perfect cocktail. Dinner is at Gowings Bar and Grill, a large, bustling space with an extensive menu – the oysters are fresh and sweet, and the wood-roasted chicken is beautifully done.
