The Line DC, Washington DC

The Line DC, Washington DC

square

Inspired by The District and housed inside a 110-year old historic church, the LINE DC is the result of a community effort by local chefs, bartenders, artists, and designers. This charming hotel features 60-foot vaulted ceilings, millwork and brass detailing, and large copper entry doors – the 20th century structure sits alongside a contextual addition connected through the lobby.

The interiors of the hotel have been crafted with great detail – from 3,000 pieces of original artwork and photography from local, female artists to the curated micro libraries, no detail was spared in crafting a bespoke guest experience at every turn.

Guests get to choose from international or American fare available through distinct restaurant experiences from two James Beard-recognized chefs. They can get a locally-distilled beverage from A Rake’s Bar, discover the finest Taiwanese teas in East Parlour Tea, or have a drink over a live broadcast of Full Service Radio in the lobby.
